1. Where is your office and factory located? Could I visit?
Our office and factory are located in Shenzhen and you are welcomed to visit any time.
2. May I have your catalog and price list for the trial order in MOQ quantity?
If you need our product catalog, you can download it here. If you would like to get a price list or place a trial order, please submit a distributor form here and our sales manager will contact you within 24 business hours.
3. If the product can’t work after receiving it what should I do and who will be replying customer's inquiries?
ACEBOTT will handle the after-sales service, customers could email the ACEBOTT team at support@acebott.com for technical support.
4. What is the lead time?
The goods are usually ready to ship within 1-3 business days after payment. However, customized products would take 10-20 business days after the sample is confirmed.
5. Do you accept 30% payment in advance?
Yes, we do, We can start to prepare your goods when receive 30% payment, and send them after get the rest 70% payment.
6. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Alibaba Trade Assuarce, T/T, PayPal, Western Union, WeChat, and Alipay, in Cash (RMB or USD).
