Returns & Refunds

1. Non-Quality Related Returns:

ACBOTT does not accept returns unless the product exhibits quality issues. If you wish to return a product, you must apply by writing us an email at support@acebott.com to initiate the return process. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address. Please note that the shipping fee for returning the product will be covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within 3 business days. Please note that the refund amount will be issued after deducting the shipping fee.

2. Quality Related Returns:

In the event of a quality issue with the product, please contact us via email  support@acebott.com to submit a return request. We will examine the product thoroughly, and if the issue is confirmed to be a result of product quality, we will provide a full refund. The shipping fee for returning the product will be covered by ACBOTT in this case.

3. Return Time-frame:

ACBOTT accepts returns within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer. Returns requested beyond this time-frame will not be accepted.
